How I stay Motivated In Life

Motivation can be a fickle thing. Some days, we feel like we can take on the world and accomplish anything we set our minds to. Other days, it can be a struggle just to get out of bed.

For me, motivation is all about finding what works and sticking with it. Over the years, I've found a few key strategies that help me stay motivated, no matter what challenges come my way.

First and foremost, I try to set specific, achievable goals for myself. This could be something as simple as tackling a to-do list, or as ambitious as training for a marathon. Having a clear sense of what I want to achieve helps me stay focused and motivated, because I know that every step I take is bringing me closer to my goal.

I also find it helpful to surround myself with positive, supportive people. Having a strong support network can make all the difference when it comes to staying motivated, because it gives us the encouragement and motivation we need to keep going, even when things get tough.

Another key to staying motivated is to take care of myself. This means making time for things like exercise, good nutrition, and rest. When I'm feeling physically and mentally energized, it's much easier to stay motivated and tackle whatever tasks come my way.

Finally, I try to keep things in perspective. It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life and lose sight of the bigger picture. That's why I try to take a step back every now and then and remind myself of my long-term goals and why they're important to me. This helps me stay motivated, even when things get tough or when I'm facing setbacks.

Overall, motivation is something that we all have to work at. But by setting goals, surrounding ourselves with positive people, taking care of ourselves, and keeping things in perspective, we can stay motivated and accomplish anything we set our minds to.

Temple Raid

 1. I hear dogs barking and I am trying my best to open my eyes and to check what’s wrong . Very hard to wake up since I slept late .

2. I woke up and calmed down the dogs while preparing to do wake up exercises like stretching and so on .

3. As I was working out I saw D1 and uncle sitting there nearby temple talking  to each other . Suddenly Pandari came with Muru Anne’s motorcycle. I looked and after realising it was Pandari I kept doing my exercise .

4. Suddenly he called . I thought to my self why he is calling me now?.. so I answered the call .. asking him why he called ? Any problem?,… I asked.

5. To my surprise he asked me that few policemen are waiting at besi buruk , and what should he do ? I was surprised , shocked because I was wondering how did I miss them passing by the temple.

6. I asked him to stay inside the temple and don’t come out till I say so.. I ended the conversation and came out as fast as I can to warn D1 . But as I was showing him hand signal indicating that “ behind got police,” . I thought this was normal as policemen use to come to besi buruk to receive money time to time so I was not bothered . But to my shock , as I was signalling D1 the policemen were walking towards D1 and it’s too late to warn them letting alone d 1 to clear the SP. Too late . They are watching , D1 cannot throw anything , and the only thing which is stopping the police from approaching D1 and uncle is the temple dogs .

7. I can hear them desperately calling for D1 not to leave but at the same time picking stones to scare away the dogs . Realising it’s too late to clear stuffs up D1 decided to leave with uncle

8. I was worried if these policemen. Will they check me inside the dog place? Will they hurt the dogs as they were throwing  stuffs to scare away them . But you know these dogs the more people try to scare them the more aggressive they will get .

9. Here goes the second shock. As I was hiding inside the DP , I was thinking that “thank god the dogs are here’’. Just before I finish that thought suddenly all the dogs came inside and fell silent. Maybe they manage to scare them away with sticks and stones. Now I have to be extra careful .

10. Now the police can roam free but they only checked the place D1 was sitting and his bike . They took picture of his bike and punctured his tyre for no reason . Just because he left doesn’t mean have to do these kind of stuffs . His leg is broken some more . He clearly , just like me don’t want get involved in the questioning of these police men . They will ask questions like “ is the besi buruk open” , “which police are coming and taking money from besi buruk”, “ when was the last time you saw people from IPD came here to take money “ is ranjit still coming here ?” .

11. This is headache . If we tell them anything they will keep asking who is paying , how much they are paying ?” . My problem is if they wanna know anything they should ask the people involved in besi buruk shop all these information . Not us . How we are supposed to know all these information? What only knew wether they are coming or not, and that’s only we can tell them . Coz we only know that , because we can see them coming but we cannot see how much money they are receiving from besi buruk “”!!!!!

12. Around 45 minutes later they left . I was relieved for now

13. I called everyone to inform this including my brother . He came , drank beer , and was lepaking around till 1.30 am  . Nobody came .

14. I don’t like P. Mani calling me and talking to me . I don’t want to have anything to do with him. Sometimes it feels so wrong to even talk to him. Because of what he did before , the cases , my friend poovan , the beatings ? The betrayals and many more . A man with no integrity , I can say!!!

15. Cleaned up everything and decided to leave to my house instead of staying here . Maybe have to do this for few days . Just to make sure no one will come and lepak here at temple .

16. I am gonna use this incident which happened in the temple to scare everyone from coming to temple. Bhajan and praying are allowed . No lepak is allowed .

17. Boy called me asking about Logan. His wife is calling him regarding his whereabouts at 5 Maadi. I had no idea so I told him will call and ask around which I really hate to do. But boy asked me a favour . So I called the boys at 5 Maadi. And to my surprise I learned that D 1 and my brother went there to see this foreman guy . Long story made short …. My brother was just bringing D1 because he had no transport . To discuss about the problem .

18. They proceed to lodge a police report against PM and C. Appu. But D1 manage to settle things down with that guy and his wife . Appu also asked a favour so D 1 and my brother helped .

19. I went back to bring food for the dogs . Prepared the food and came around 10pm.  Too tired so slept off with Asam .

20. Tomorrow will try best to continue posting .

Good job Mallesh .

Getting busy again

This week I started to finish few of my unsettled file works of PPJJM and I somehow manage to finish it. I need to add up more planning works, more like community project proposals and management strategies to PPJJM,s AJK to convince them to fund few of my public projects, such as

1. Surveying on Indians status living in Batu Caves, especially in areas of our temple. I really believe , by creating this list from this survey, we will manage to identify the affected families or homes and will give us a way to figure out solutions for their problem.

2. Help Indians in the community in therms of children schools expenses, festival or Deepavali day gifts, school textbooks and workbooks etc.

3. To start a public library in our temple containg books of our literature, culture ,language, traditional rituals, Vedhas, public issues, computers , free Internet connection and so on.

Well , I hope all these projects will commence soon as possible so that people will start to  benefit from it.

ah soh, the temple dog

,p> Ah soh is the perfect small size, female white dog with brown spots on its body which I adopted from a chinese guys who tried to throw away this puppy in to the Batu Caves river just because he cant afford to buy food for it. Luckily, and thank the god I was there with my another friend for cutting banana leaf for a occasion at a temple nearby. I managed to save the puppy and I brought it to our Jada Jothy temple, built a cage for her and raised the puppy till now.I also adopted two more dogs one of it an abondoned female puppy from the street at Batu Caves,Jenny and a male dog, also adopted, Rex.As usual I came back from badminton last Tuesday to feed the dogs at Jada Jothy temple. My routine everyday actually. This time I came to shock to listen the cries of puppies from ah soh;s cage. I tried to peep inside to see how many and there was two puppies with ahsoh. Its quite alright, but of curiosity I looked down the cage, there was it, two puppies dead ,not moving or even breathing. I dont have any idea why this dog didnt take the dead puppies.Normally doesnt matter its dead or not, the mother will keep the dead puppies with her but this one I dont understand.

I tried to neuter this dog to prevent from getting pregnant again(this one is the second time), but it was too late when I brought it to clinic the puppies are already grown inside and I was not aware of it.So its my fault and to correct that I need to take care these puppies and ahsoh as well. No point playing the self blaming game now. right? I need to do whatever needed in order to make sure these puppies are safe and healthy. In future when the doctor says its ok to perform the neutering surgery I will do it this time before its too late

So I cleaned up the cage , put the alive puppies with their mother so that she can feed them but yet I dont see the puppies feeding. . I let the door open so that she can move away if she dont feel comfortable. She do look tired, restless so I dont want to lock her up. The dead puppies? I decided to come over the next day to check on the puppies, wether to bury it or not. Its so dark and I dont have the feelings either to do it at that time. So , after I feed the dogs, I left.

This the point. Thank god I didnt bury the puppies that night because the next day when I came back to temple, I was surprised to see one of the dead puppies is alive and it was feeding milk from its mother. Oh my god...The other one , is confirmed dead, but now the mother puts it beside her. This is the one I dont want to see. It really saddened me to see her embrace the dead little puppy. After a while when the mother left from its puppies to make its own security roundings to protect it's puppies, I sneaked in and took away the dead puppy. I looked at it, so small, dark brown, so still.

I buried it . The first time this dog, ahsoh, delivered, all of its puppies died. It looks premature. Even the doctor gave up. So I was little afraid the same scenario will repeat. Last time they were so small she cant even feed the puppies. Now, its been a week and three of the puppies still surviving and the happy news is all these puppies are feeding milk from their mother normally.Like a normal dog. After a month will bring these puppies to their first vaccination session.

Some of you who are reading this might wonder why I am blogging about an average dog which delivered three puppies and a dead one. Its not like that. Yesterday was the moment I saw these puppies  feeding milk from their mother myself and convinced. Before this the puppies will be sleeping or making the normal sound they make and I tried to observe wether they are really feeding or not, so that I can feed them in a different way or find other solution like using milk bottles or something. I was thinking hard about this. The feelings which creeps into me when I think about what will happen to these puppies  if they dont feed milk like the previous ones and it was frustrating. They will die....
At first I believed they were feeding because its been days after they are born and its not possible for the puppies to survive without feeding milk from their mother and these puppies are surviving.
Its only yesterday I saw it myself and convinced that they are really feeding now. Feeling good, thats all. Good Day ...

Badminton Taman Bidara

Well, feeling great this morning after a long tiring ,exhausting badminton yesterday at Taman Bidara Multipurpose MPS Hall . The boys are getting better at their badminton skills. I would like to thank all my friends for supporting this newly formed badminton club.

Yes , I said it right. We are going to form a new registered Badminton club in Batu Caves, Gombak. The support were overwhelming from friends and those who love playing badminton. First of all, I have to mention that our frustration in not getting a badminton hall for rental in Batu Caves, Gombak, and even Sentul really frustrated all of us. Believe me we had to stop playing badminton just because we didnt get any hall for booking.for 4 months

There is more expensive options available at private badminton complexes , and it needs early booking too. Anyway we are not interested in playing badminton for RM 24 per hour where our other friends are enjoying playing badminton at government halls for RM 8 per hour.Quite a difference isnt it? For that one reason, we decided to keep looking for a badminton hall to play in Batu Caves area, or at least Gombak. Lucky for us there are some options available even it takes a bit longer to reach than other halls, its pretty much cool actually to get a chance to play in Government badminton hall for better fraction of price, I can say

Today Dewan Serbaguna MPS Taman Bidara is our main playing ground. Dewan Beringin Sri Gombak are also available as long as we stick to the early booking habit which helps all the time to get a rental to play Badminton. Its a nice hall, which have only one court, but its ok for us rather than not playing at all. The number of members are also getting higher and we know that bigger hall which have more than one court might needed in future.Better get prepared for that too, I think. Soon we will be launching an invitation programs to everyone to play in our tournament every week to make yourself busy and stay fit all the time.

Dont let this Hall Issues to affect you all too. See, some of you might be playing with others at other badminton hall, doesn't matter private or government's , at the moment. So people like you also are welcomed to join the tournament and help us make things to keep going. Who knows this might able to turn as one tournament of badminton , being organised weekly to get people going. We might doing that too to other sports activities like futsal too. Anyway, this new club I am talking about still needs a lot of improvement and needly I have to say these guys are really motivated into playing and thats all we need.

Anyone who stumble upon this article, if want to play please do give me call at 017 3854936 or at malleshrau@gmail.com if any one interested in participating in a tournament.Payments range from RM 10 till Rm 20 depends on the number of games you want to play each week.

Drama serial 24

Yesterday I watched the thrilling serial 24 on AXN. I really think this serial is one of the best TV series I have watched all along  in this since years ago. Jack Baeur...my favourite character serial.
The storyline is anticipating and keeps you thirilled and desirely cant wait for the next scene when watching..Imagine waiting for the nest episode neither new season.
Once I remember an actor from Bollywood, Anil Kapoor appeared in one of the 24 episode. Nice..
There is a lot of TV serials I would like to talk about but not now. Thanks to friends and the Internet I am able to watch variety of TV dramas online and it feels great. Thanks Astro AXN anyway for the early exposure with the several best TV serials.
Nice day...

I cant even rest after that. temple bro called me and I said yes to his offer. Abang Muru also called and reminded me about the e-learning system that we have to work through...

surfed the Internet, updated my blog went to temple, and came back at 8.30 Did so any ofstuffs today..very tired and sleepy, have to go...
